I would like to thank Kreis for filing his lawsuit; I had planned to move

This is good news, Richard. You will live longer.
I've dropped 30 pounds in the past three months, down to 220. I'm going to keep going until I'm down to 185. It feels good not to be fat anymore.
You are my age, Richard. I just went through a painful medical ordeal. We need to take better care of ourselves.
Andrew: Good for you! I have bounced between 200 and 250 for years and now sit at 210 and need to be at 185lb. But I still need to sometimes get a serious grub on!
Hometown has one of the better salad bars in the county. Your weight is a result of the food choices you make and how much you exercise. I'll miss the buffet.
Is it closed now, or do they have a sign up, or is this only a rumor?
Uh Ohh, fatty's gonna cry.
The concept of Hometown Buffet - eat 'til you drop - is the root cause of our obesity epidemic. Lack of exercise, due to sedentary lifestyles and jobs, is certainly a contributor. But we eat more than our antecedents. A lot more.
Funny Andrew, I eat at Hometown Buffet every couple weeks and eat only until I'm full.
If *you* eat until you drop, sorry, that's a problem you have with your own gluttonous nature. Don't project your personal problems onto the rest of us.
I would pay $100 to watch Richard waddle through the mall working up a sweat to get to Hometown, only to have his eyes well up, his large belly howl, and his head droop when he discovers Hometown Buffet really is closed.
Did Wal-Mart give them an offer they couldn't refuse?
The Humboldt economy is in full collapse. I have never seen more businesses close in such a short amount of time. Many of them are local institutions who have survived other downturns. We all know that many of the best and hardest workers have either already left or are desperate to save up enough money to do so. The mall looks like its on the verge of closing altogether. The Federal and State governments are tightening their belts, so many of those government jobs will be going soon. Local education is a joke, ask your teacher friend about the quality of the students these days. Me? I got out 4 years ago, but still come back during holidays. It gives me huge perspective to leave for periods of time and come back. I see Humboldt in a massive spiral. Don't know why the unemployment rates aren't higher. They will be soon.
Not a huge fan of buffets because I don't like a ton of people contaminating my food (Howard Hughes thing), but if I had to eat at one, it would be the Chinese buffet off Giuntoli, crab puffs.
