Homeless Conundrum not just Humboldt. Read SF piece.

Heather Knight continues the SF Chronicles many stories and issues with the homeless. Sounds very familiar, doesn't it? I really don't have the answer to the problem and I haven't heard of any great solutions.

What we are seeing is a result of forty-years
of Reagan austerity for the poor and middle-class. A
complete disregard for infrastructure- neglect measuring
in the trillions (ASCE) of dollars all of which fail to
fuel an economy that works from the bottom-up and never
trickles down. The ills are local the cure isn't.
Sanders will turn this around.

Everything Daniel Edrich says is true except for the last sentence,"Sanders will turn this around." It's way too late to turn anything around.

You blame this on Reagan ? How can you blame Reagan for the current homeless situation? Give us an example
