I support you Richard, please fight the good fight!
Since Eureka seems to be setting up a homeless camp in the Palco Marsh without any elected officials opinion or ruling on it, we better set up some porta Potties up for simple human decency.
I would hope some simple semi permanent foundation for them be built so they can't be tipped over.
