10:06am: I sure hope you are joking. Cal Trans needs to fix this problem. They have just given lip service and have not addressed the public safety concerns of the peninsula.
Caltrans may have done the paving illegally. They seem to be doing a number of local jobs on a whim with no notice of anything these days.
