Some restaurants have Illuminati element?
I work with a guy who would bring in biscuits and gravy from McDonald's. Each time I went there I would not see it on the menu. He told me I had to ask for it. I finally did and they did have it, but not on the menu. Huh? Why would they do that? I also noticed that you can special order burgers at the IN-N-OUT Burger. You have to ask to "monster" your order or some such. Not on the menu again. Is there other places that have secret codes to get special food ordered?

Lost Coast Brewery - Garlic bread is awesome and not on the menu. And if it fits your liking, you can order tofu as substitute in the Philly Cheese and it is great.
Any smart restraunt owner will make whatever you want, if you just ask for it. It's all about pleasing the customer in order to make money.
Clever marketing. If you are one of the hip cats, you will know the secret password and of course you will pass it on to your confidants! Welcome to the hip, cool world of macdonalds biscuts and gravy!!! You may now go die of heart complications with the satisfaction that you are a hip cat.

I always order a heathen burger. That's where they hand it to you instead of wrapping it.

Richard, I was on vacation recently in So Cal. I ventured to a Sonic, and a FATBURGER. Had dinner at a Hungry Hunter, and had a Chocolate Chip Milk Shake from Foster's Freeze (a pic of the evidence is on my blog). I almost made it to a Fudruckers. I will never advocate for more fast food eateries up here, but the choices on larger urban meccas can be overwhelming.
