This is Jeff Pauli and I noticed a typo in the original post. Western Self-Insurance Service or WSIS is on your card. Our office number is 445-5496. (445-5498 is our fax #) Jeff Pauli Insurance Services (in the same office) is 444-3434. We answer either number. If you are outside of Humboldt our toll free is 866-855-3434. Today I received the list of names that were written down at list nights meeting and I will call each and every person. Please be patient. Thank you. Jeff
