They all suspend - there are many reasons for doing so, doesn't at all mean the guy is waffling.
Yeah, I have to agree with rose on this one. Edwards did the same thing. It has nothing to do with waffling.
Oh good, I'm glad Shane said that... I was pretty sure that's what Edwards did. I remember thinking the same thing though... "Suspending his campaign? What the heck does that mean?" Now I know.

I believe the main reason for doing so is it allows them to continue to get Federal matching funds, something to do with funding anyway. Not sure if it also to be able to keep their delegates or give them to another candidate at the convention... Shane do you know?
