So, Robin and I are down to 5 cars, Robin's 2002 PT Cruiser, a 97' Ford Escort, two 85' Ford Ranger's and my 95' BMW 325i. (Yes, they all run.) I have been trying to talk Robin into buying a new car, but she likes her PT. We are pretty easy on cars and they last for us pretty good. But I would like to have something newer. They can only last so long.

The last PT Cruiser rolled off the assembly line today. If Robin wants to buy a new one....
ReplyDeleteI bought a new PT Cruiser last summer. Riding in Robin's Cruiser to the Dem Convention last year with you and Shane influenced me. They are a nice ride: roomy, versatile and quick & nimble, though underpowered for some tastes.
The Cruisers have a bad rep for being ersatz, but for well under $20k a new Cruiser is superior IMO to the econoboxes usually found in that price range.
Classy.
ReplyDeleteWhy is Rusty not in the picture? Camera shy??
ReplyDeleteFive cars? Have pity on your neighbors.
ReplyDelete9:01am-We only have two cars in our spots at home. One truck (Rusty) is garaged and the other two are out on loan. (All insured and legal)
ReplyDeleteWhats up with all the beer cans and used condoms on the ground?
ReplyDelete160,000 miles? Or 160,000 drive thru trips? Fatty.
