What we are seeing is a result of forty-years
of Reagan austerity for the poor and middle-class. A
complete disregard for infrastructure- neglect measuring
in the trillions (ASCE) of dollars all of which fail to
fuel an economy that works from the bottom-up and never
trickles down. The ills are local the cure isn't.
