It's not that I don't think you're qualified, it's just that you don't live within the city limits so I think you shouldn't be involved in picking Virginia's successor.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30719375.post-1167429846860987942006-12-29T14:04:00.000-08:002006-12-29T14:04:00.000-08:00Virginia is an actual working class servant of Eur...Virginia is an actual working class servant of Eureka.

No, Virginia is a servant of Rob Arkley. I reside in Samoa. Remember that Eureka owns plenty of property on the Peninsula so I do have ties to the city. I am on the board of directors for the Samoa Peninsula Fire District who protect Eureka's interest here on the Peninsula. Virginia picked me because of my recent candidacy for the 4th District Supervisor where I canvassed much of the City of Eureka, which is in fact, in the 4th District. So I had a pulse of how most Eurekan’s felt about what is going on politically. I was 1of 7 on the selection committee. It will be Virginia's job to pick her candidate that will be consensual. The committee just was to narrow the field. No conspiracy if that is where you were going with this.samoasoftballhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06244238117702878406noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30719375.post-1167418421945188082006-12-29T10:53:00.000-08:002006-12-29T10:53:00.000-08:003:09am-Virginia had union backing and was endorsed...3:09am-Virginia had union backing and was endorsed by the Operating Engineers local 3. Don't forget, Bonnie Neely the Republican also has support of local labor. Virginia is an actual working class servant of Eureka. She grew up down the street from me in Myrtletown and had my full support against Peter LaVallee. Peter was not the leader that is needed to move Eureka forward. We need economic growth and I saw Peter as a threat to progress and the creation of living wage/union jobs that will be created if we remove negative barriers. I am pro-worker.samoasoftballhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06244238117702878406noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30719375.post-1167410445110254862006-12-29T08:40:00.000-08:002006-12-29T08:40:00.000-08:00Richard, do you live in the city limits?Richard, do you live in the city limits?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30719375.post-1167390581539460732006-12-29T03:09:00.000-08:002006-12-29T03:09:00.000-08:00Is it true you supported Bass in the election over...Is it true you supported Bass in the election over La Vallee? My sister used to have one . . . it blew up. You know what they say about Fords - fix or repair daily OR found on the road dead. I now own two Toyotas. The oldest is a 1992 pickup with 193,000 miles and still runs like a top.
